The Hops Chart Poster

Each bar on the chart represents a specific variety of hops and has the essential oil & alpha acid content broken down by color and percentage. This allows you to quickly find suitable hop varieties specific to the taste you are trying to achieve.
The chart breaks down essential oil content by Farnesene, Caryophyllene, Humulene, and Myrcene. The aromatic and flavor characteristics of each of these oils is also described. On the bottom half of the chart, Humulone and Cohumulone content is illustrated in blue. These oils are responsible for the bittering effects of each hop variety. The hops are arranged by their bittering strength, starting with the most bitter hops on the left, gradually decreasing as you move across the chart.
