Irish Moss - Fining Agent
Irish Moss helps to clarify your beer. By pulling unwanted proteins out of solution during the last 15 minutes of the boil, you can produce clearer beer without the use of a filter. Simply add 1 teaspoon when you have 15 minutes left to boil and enjoy higher clarity. This is especially desirable for lighter beers.
