Crisp and dry with cleansing bitterness, Thomas Coopers Pilsner is made from premium 2- row pale malt and barley, bittering hops and a generous amount of aromatic SAAZ hops.Each kit does require an additional 2.2 Lb of Dextrose (corn sugar) or 3 Lb. of Light Malt Extract to produce 5 gallons of really great beer.
