A deep golden-copper color with a creamy white head. Overt fruit and malt aromas and a full bodied palate showing complex malt flavors, balanced with a bitter finish. May be served slightly warmer than lighter style beers. Each kit does require an additional 2.2 Lb of Dextrose (corn sugar) or 3 Lb. of Light Malt Extract to produce 5 gallons of really great beer.
