Coopers Original Series Dark Ale
Rich Mahogany color and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavors, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. Each kit does require an additional 2.2 Lb of Dextrose (corn sugar) or 3 Lb. of Light Malt Extract to produce 5 gallons of really great beer.
