Coopers Original Series Dark Ale
Rich Mahogany color and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavors, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. Each kit does require an additional 2 Lb. of Dried Light Malt Extract and priming sugar (if bottling) to produce 5 gallons of really great beer.
