The unmistakable character of Munich malt is the theme for this beer’s flavor and aroma, layered nicely with spicy hops and medium caramel… with just a touch of coffee-like roasted malt. Ferment at a temperature range that suits your fancy: cooler- 58-62°F for a more lager like beer, rich and smooth with a crisp finish; or warmer- 64-72°F for more ale character, with fuller malt body and fruit esters in the aroma.
