Every second counts on brew day. Cooling your wort should be no exception. The faster the wort is brought from boiling to room temperature, the less chance of infection and oxidation. This makes the wort chiller an invaluable tool in the home brewer's arsenal for producing great beer every time.
Simply sanitize the wort chiller, attach the hose to your kitchen sink faucet (using a Faucet Adaptor, sold separately) and let the drain hose empty into the sink. By submerging the wort chiller in the hot wort and allowing cool water to run through the coil, the heat is transferred away leaving cool wort ready to ferment!
