Will I receive a confirmation email once I have placed my order?
Of course! Immediately after you place your order we'll send you a confirmation email with your complete order details. We'll also send you a shipping confirmation email (including tracking information) once your order has shipped.

How will you ship my order?
We use UPS, FedEx, or DHL for shipping all orders and we offer Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight delivery options.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and shipping destination of your order and are calculated in our shopping cart when your order is placed. There are never any additional shipping costs other than as shown in our shopping cart.

How quickly will you ship my order?
We ship all orders placed on Mon-Fri by 1PM eastern the SAME DAY. Orders placed after 1PM, or on a weekend or holiday, will ship the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, no. Monster Brew only ships to the continental 48 United States. We do not ship internationally or to AK and HI.

Does Monster Brew offer a return policy?
Of course! Merchandise purchased from Monster Brew may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 15 day of delivery provided that it is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
